Failure or Fabulous?



There is inevitably a lot of "failures" when I’m experimenting in the kitchen, either coming up with new marshmallow recipes or when cooking for friends and family. Most of the time I’m making the same basics repeatedly, and on those days I can usually resist snacking on the results. But when I make the decision to do some playing around, I find myself taste testing all along the way.  Whether it comes out as a successful new hit —fresh graham crackers! —, or not so great — cheese and leek tart (I will perfect this!)  —,  the process of creating and trying new recipes is a delicious way to live.
